ADMET testing machines are ideal for performing compression tests on a variety of products and materials including concrete, metal, cardboard and plastic packaging, ceramics, and composites. The most common measurement obtained from a compression test is the compressive strength which is the maximum load a material can withstand before it yields or breaks. It is also possible to measure modulus of elasticity, yield stress, and deformation when performing compression tests. Examples of common tests include measuring the point at which a concrete cylinder breaks under a compressive load, or determining the load at various displacements when compressing a block of polyurethane foam.

Compression Testing Systems
Finding the ideal ADMET testing system for your compression testing application is easy. If you don't find a system that meets your requirements, we will work with you to build one that does. Simply:
1. Choose a testing system that supports your required load capacity and testing speed.
| System | Drive | Frame | Capacity | Speed | |
| eXpert 7600 | Electromechanical | Table-top Single column |
5 kN | 2540 mm/min | More Info |
| eXpert 5600 | Electromechanical | Table-top Single column |
4.5 kN | 635 mm/min | More Info |
| eXpert 2600 | Electromechanical | Table-top or Floor-standing Dual column |
200 kN | 2540 mm/min | More Info |
| ExPress | Hydraulic | Floor-standing Ddual column |
600 kN | 482 mm/min | More Info |
| Micro EP | Electromechanical | Palm-sized Ddual column |
5 kN | 500 mm/min | More Info |
2. Choose a testing machine controller that meets your data analysis and reporting requirements.
| MTESTQuattro | eP2 | |
| Interface | PC Software | Touch Panel |
| Analysis | Extensive calculations library w/ built in ASTM/ISO Specification analysis. | Standard calculation package for basic testing requirements and QC testing. |
| Test Procedures | Use built-in or create an unlimited number of simple to complex procedures. | Save up to six test procedures in eP2. |
| Reporting | Store and organize all data. View and print user customizable test reports with chart and tables. | Post test, view current results on eP2 screen and send data to PC for reporting using optional GaugeSafe Software. |
